New Dynamic Ocean Topography using the retrieval from satellite radar altimeters (0.2 x 0.2 degree grid)
Using the measurements from the CryoSat-2/SIRAL (L2GDR from ESA), Sentinel-3A, Jaosn-2 and Jason-3 (Corrected Sea Surface Height from CMEMS), the sea surface height (SSH)in the Southern Ocean was combined. After SSH was obtained, we combined them and subtracted the geoid height (GOCO05c) from the SSH and finally we obtained Dynamic Ocean Topography (DOT). To build grided dataset, we interpolated DOT using the the Topographic Constraint Scheme proposed by Shimada et al. (2017, JAOT).

Data period: Jan 2011 to Dec 2020
Spatial resolution:0.2 degree
File format: MAT file (MATLAB)

Dynamic Ocean Topography using the retrieval from satellite radar altimeters (0.2 x 0.2 degree grid)
Same as above, but d covering area is different. To minimize the interpolation error due to few data in finer resolution grid, we applied the EOF decomposition and reconstructed the DOT using EOF 1st mode to 4th mode. EOF 5th mode was ommitted. This data covers the specific area including off the Vincennes Bay, Cape Poinsett.

Data period: Jan 2011 to Jan 2019
Spatial resolution: 0.2 degree
File format: MAT file (MATLAB)

Aanderaa RCM11 current meter record (from January 2013, 1-year)
The1-year mooring observation was conducted at 63-50.22’S, 107-56.68’E from January 2013.
RCM11 (Doppler current meter) was installed at the near-bottom (3540m). the measurement interval was 2-hour.
