The Educational Feature

In my opinion the feature of food cryogenics is integrated science desired many kind of
knowledge. Then it is important to see something from multidirectional point of view.
Research and development to create new foods and new products used to necessary
such basic approach as follow:
1st is character of food is understand by science,
2nd is basic principle of analyzer and apparatus were made clear,
3rd is I think surely, a new product must be made from integrated combination of such knowledge.
Therefore I expect my student to become a man of multi talented and man with flexible
mind which get interest in anything. I lead in practice to teach my student not only
knowledge in my laboratory, but also understanding via to your own thinking.
The market of frozen food in Japan continue to grow tremendously, in addition global
frozen food market such as China and East Asia will enlarge in near future as same as Japan. In these days consumer demand is that food must be high quality and safety.
Former students of this traditional course contributed the technology of industrial
performance and business, according to this technical training they play an active role in
business and academic society. They are evaluated to have useful knowledge and skill,
and more they are also a man of pioneer in this field.
