The following dataset is released to support reproducibility of the upper-ocean profile analysis used in the manuscript on Antarctic coastal marine heatwaves.
This dataset contains the XCTD profile subset used in the paper, limited to the upper 0–150 m / dbar and grouped according to collocated GHRSST MUR DJF 2025/26 SST anomaly terciles. The dataset is provided as a MATLAB MAT file for reproducibility of the Fig. 1 upper-ocean temperature profile analysis.
